同位素丰度对硅晶格常数的影响

【摘要】 本文简述了同位素纯硅材料在新领域中的应用,并回顾早期关于稳定同位素硅-28(28Si)的获得和进行的一些相关实验。针对在计量单位-千克的重新建立过程中,利用硅-28精确测量阿伏伽德罗常数的问题,本文根据相关理论和文献,推导了同位素丰度与晶格常数的关系,并据此估算了硅同位素丰度需要达到的要求。

【Abstract】 Main applications of isotopic Silicon in new areas were briefly introduced. The work done by the author’s institute on Silicon isotope separation and measurement of 28Si epitaxial wafer and diodes in early year was presented. For precisely measurement of Avogadro constant as basic metrology unit of kilogram using 28Si, relation of isotope abundance and lattice constant deviation was reduced. Examples were calculated using the relation, thus the requirement of Silicon abundance was estimated.
