【摘要】 通过概述开放出版环境下出版商的变革发展，分析采用论文处理费(APC)付费模式的发展态势，并对该模式下各参与主体进行剖析。总结出作者自付费、机构或联盟付费、图书馆付费三种不同的APC付费模式，揭示出APC付费方式需要面对经费来源渠道多样化和无序化、掠夺性开放获取期刊、学术出版的道德风险、国际竞争力等问题，就出版环境向APC付费方式倾斜、开放获取期刊转化率不断提升以及图书馆的角色转变提出了自己的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the reform and development of publishers in the open publishing environment, analyzes the development trend of the article processing charge(APC) payment model, and analyzes the participants in this mode.This paper summarizes three different APC payment modes: author self payment, organization or alliance payment, and library payment, reveals that the APC payment mode needs to face such problems as funding, predatory open access journals, moral hazard of academic publishing, and international competitiveness, and proposes suggestions such as the publication environment is inclined to the APC payment mode, the conversion rate of open access journals is increasing, and the library is positioning itself under the APC mode.更多还原
