【Abstract】 Wei, the common vetch, is an annual or biennial herb.Wei is not only a kind of food and medicine,but also a cultural symbol with rich cultural implications.Its cultural spirit is embodied through the integration with various types of people. For example, the noble spirit embodied by Yi and Qi’s eating Wei, the patriotic and family loving sentiment embodied by the garrison soldiers’ gathering Wei, the spirit of detachment and refined personality reflected by the literati’s singing Wei, and the ancient food culture tradition retained by the Wei cuisine into the banquet all become the cultural connotation of this cultural symbol.更多还原
