【摘要】 为探索国内科学数据开放共享建设现状，了解不同数据共享平台间的数据开放状况差异，分析国内科学数据共享平台在科学数据描述及引用规范建设中存在的问题，通过网络调研法，选取了10家科学数据共享平台，对其元数据描述标准、数据资源共享方式、数据标识符使用情况以及数据引用规范等方面进行对比分析。结果发现，科学数据共享平台在元数据规范性描述、数据引用规范建设和数据资源利用等方面存在一定的不足。针对这些问题，提出了数据共享平台在建设过程中应进一步完善数据组织政策、规范数据引用标准并提高资源利用效率，为国内科学数据开放共享建设提供技术支撑与政策保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the current situation of domestic scientific data opening and sharing construction, understand the differences in data opening of different data sharing platforms, and analyze the problems existing in the construction of scientific data description and citation specifications of domestic scientific data sharing platforms, this paper selects 10 scientific data sharing platforms and makes a comparative analysis on their metadata description standards, data resource sharing methods, data identifier usage and data reference specifications by means of network research.It is found that there are some shortcomings in the specification description of metadata, data reference standard construction and data resource utilization of scientific data sharing platforms.In view of these problems, it is proposed that the data organization policies should be further improved, the data reference standard should be normalized, and the resource utilization efficiency should be improved in the process of the data sharing platform construction, so as to provide technical support and policy guarantee for the construction of scientific data opening and sharing construction.更多还原
