【Abstract】 This paper studies the principle and realization of personalized service mode of university library based on situational awareness. The study found that based on situational awareness of the university library personalized service mode, including the university library personalized space perception service, personalized custom service, personalized recommendation service, personalized retrieval service and personalized interactive service, it provides a good support for the efficient and accurate service of university library. Suggestions on the application of personalized service mode in university library based on situational awareness are put forward from three perspectives: protecting privacy security, developing multi-type service and improving personalized service ability.更多还原
