不同胡桃属砧木嫁接亲和力探究

【摘要】 为提升核桃嫁接成苗率,探究不同类型胡桃属砧木在嫁接中的亲和力差异,筛选优异嫁接砧木,以3个胡桃属植物—核桃、黑核桃、野核桃为砧木,核桃为接穗,进行嫁接试验。结果表明:以野核桃和核桃为砧木的成活率与新梢长势明显优于黑核桃为砧木,采用插皮接方式嫁接大树的平均嫁接成活率分别为60.37%,55.93%,64.07%,当年生新梢长度分别为41.00cm, 33.00 cm, 38.89 cm,当年生新梢粗度分别为10.44 mm, 7.89 mm, 10.00 mm。同时论述了核桃嫁接以及接后管理的要点,为核桃的产业化推广提供理论与实践基础。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the grafting rate of walnut seedlings, explore the affinity difference of different walnut rootstocks in grafting, and screen excellent grafting rootstocks. Taking Juglans regia, J. nigra and J. cathayensis as rootstock and J. regia as scion,the results showed that: The survival rate and growth of new shoots of J. cathayensis and J. regia as rootstock were significantly better than that of J. nigra as rootstock. The average survival rate of trees grafted by skin grafting were 60.37%, 55.93% and 64.07%,respectively. The average length of new shoots was 41.00 cm, 33.00 cm and 38.89 cm, respectively. The average diameter of new shoots was 10.44 mm, 7.89 mm and 10.00 mm, respectively. At the same time, the key points of walnut grafting and subsequent management were discussed, which provided theoretical and practical basis for the industrialization of walnut.
