绿色全产业链发展研究——以装配式建筑领军企业远大住工为例

【摘要】 建筑业绿色低碳发展能有效节约生态资源,减少环境污染。依据绿色全产业链分析模型,以“背景—动因—路径—效果”为思路,围绕建筑行业全产业链的过程环节分析装配式建筑领军企业远大住工如何从传统建筑转向装配式建筑,促进经济效益持续增长的同时,实现节能减排、降低污染的效果,从而提升环境效益。对装配式建筑促进产业绿色升级的动态及动因的研究表明:企业与利害相关者的认知、行为、参与、监督是推动绿色发展的内外因素。然后,通过案例企业与绿色全产业链分析模型的拟合分析,解释了企业绿色发展行为,并从经济、社会和环境三方面检验绿色发展效果,验证该模型的适用性、学术价值与应用价值。综上,剖析装配式建筑企业生产全过程可以为我国建筑行业高污染高耗能企业的绿色创新与转型升级提供参考和启发。

【Abstract】 Based on the case of prefabricated construction leader Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group and the concept of “green industrial chain”, this paper draw lessons from the analysis model of “green industrial chain” and adopts the idea of “background-motivation-path-effect”. It studies how the case company accomplishes the goals of achieving continuous increase in economical benefits while at the same time, reducing energy and pollution, and promoting the environmental benefits by analyzing the transformation of focus from traditional to prefabricated architecture. On the one hand, this paper completes the dynamic research and motivation research of prefabricated buildings to promote industrial green upgrading. It is found that the cognition, behavior, participation and supervision of enterprises and stakeholders are the internal and external factors to promote green development. On the other hand, through the fitting analysis of the case enterprise and the green whole industrial chain analysis model, the paper explains the behavior of the green development of the enterprise, and verifies the applicability, academic value and application value of the model through the three aspects of economic, social and environmental green development effect. The paper aims to provide reference and inspiration for green innovation, transformation and upgrading of Chinese construction enterprises and high-pollution and energy-consuming enterprises through analyzing the whole process of production in assembled construction enterprises.
