【摘要】 本研究采取理论阐述、文献调研和案例剖析等方法，考察了在新冠疫情等突发公共卫生事件冲击下，阅读主题的创新和凝练在应对读者阅读诉求变化和提高阅读推广效果方面的重要作用。结果发现：创新、凝练和揭示阅读主题，辅之以组合式的推广手段，不仅能更好地满足读者的阅读需求，拓展阅读推广效果和图书馆影响力，而且也有利于图书馆在突发公共卫生事件下提升服务水平和应急管理能力。因此，在阅读推广工作和应急管理服务中，应该更加充分地发挥阅读主题创新的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using theoretical analysis,literature survey and case study,this research investigates the important role of reading theme innovation and refinement in responding to changes in readers’ reading demands and in improving the effect of reading promotion during public health emergencies such as COVID-19 epidemic.As it turns out,supplemented by promotion means,the innovating,refining and revealing of reading theme can not only better satisfy the readers’ reading needs and expand reading promotion effect and library influence,but also help the library to improve its service level and emergency management ability during public health emergencies.Therefore,we should give full play to the role of reading theme innovation in reading promotion and emergency management services.更多还原
