【摘要】 目的 研究分析糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中α-硫辛酸的药用效果及作用机制。方法 选取2019年5月—2021年5月泉州巿惠安县妇幼保健院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者52例，按照随机数表分为常规组和观察组，各26例。常规组采用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗，观察组采用α-硫辛酸治疗，比较两组患者视力及眼底恢复情况、血液流变学指标、血糖水平、用药安全性。结果 治疗后，观察组视力和眼底恢复情况、血液流变学指标、用药安全性优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变，能够促进患者视力和眼底恢复，改善血液流变学，有较高用药安全性，疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the medicinal effect and mechanism of α-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods Fifty-two patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Hui’an County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Quanzhou from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into conventional group and observation group according to random number table, with 26 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsule, while the observation group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsule α-lipoic acid after treatment, the recovery of vision and fundus, hemorheology index, blood glucose level and medication safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the recovery of vision and fundus, hemorheology indexes, and medication safety of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetes retinopathy with α-lipoic acid can promote the recovery of vision and fundus, improve hemorheology, and has high drug safety and good efficacy.更多还原
