【摘要】 目的 探讨老年糖尿病患者的强化血糖管理与综合护理干预措施临床观察。方法 选取三明市中西医结合医院2020年10月—2022年3月期间收治的122例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，各61例。观察组给予强化血糖管理+综合护理干预，对照组给予常规护理。观察两组患者的血糖管理效果、心理状态、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果 血糖管理效果方面，观察组患者在护理后的空腹血糖（FBG）水平（6.80±0.76）mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖（PBG）水平（8.29±0.82）mmol/L]糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平（6.84±0.53）%以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分（10.06±1.54）分，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度96.72%以及护理后的生活质量量表（SF-36）评分（81.30±5.49）分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 老年糖尿病患者的护理中，通过强化血糖管理，采取全方位、综合性的护理干预，对于长期、持续控制血糖水平的稳定，降低并发症发生风险，进而提高患者的生存质量有临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical observation of intensive blood glucose management and comprehensive nursing interventions in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and twenty-two cases of elderly diabetic patients admitted to the Sanming Hospital of Integrative Medicine between October 2020 and March 2022 were selected as study subjects. There were 61 cases each in the observation group and the control group, and the observation group was given intensive blood glucose management + comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group was given conventional nursing, and the effect of blood glucose management, psychological state, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results In terms of blood glucose management effect, in the observation group, fasting blood glucose(FBG) level(6.80±0.76) mmol/L after nursing, 2 h postprandial blood glucose(PBG) level(8.29±0.82) mmol/L, HbA1c level(6.84±0.53)% and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score(10.06±1.54) points were lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction 96.72% and the SF-36 score(81.30±5.49) points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of elderly diabetic patients,strengthening blood glucose management and adopting all-round and comprehensive nursing interventions are clinically valuable for long-term and continuous control of stable blood glucose levels, reducing the risk of complications,and thus improving patients’ quality of life.更多还原
