【摘要】 目的 探讨分析糖尿病视网膜病变患者于治疗期间联合应用羟苯磺酸钙、GLP-1类似物的临床应用价值。方法 选取2019年6月—2021年6月蚌埠市第二人民医院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者50例作为研究对象，采取方便抽样法分为两组，每组25例，对照组采取羟苯磺酸钙进行治疗，观察组联合应用羟苯磺酸钙、GLP-1类似物，对比分析治疗效果。结果 和对照组进行比较，观察组临床治疗有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者视网膜病变等指标参数对比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组视力水平恢复效果及血糖水平控制效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 糖尿病视网膜病变患者于治疗期间联合应用羟苯磺酸钙、GLP-1类似物对于改善患者临床症状及缓解病情变化具有积极意义，整体治疗效果较为理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined use of calcium dobesilate and GLP-1 analogs inpatients with diabetic retinopathy during treatment.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic retinopathy admittedto Bengbu Second People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and dividedinto two groups by convenient sampling, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcium dobesi-late, while the observation group was combined with calcium dobesilate and GLP-1 analogues. The treatment effectswere compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, the clinical treatment effective rate of the ob-servation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, there was statisti-cally significant difference in retinopathy and other index parameters between the two groups(P<0.05). After treat-ment, the recovery effect of visual acuity and the control effect of blood glucose level in the observation group werebetter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combinedapplication of calcium dobesilate and GLP-1 analogs in patients with diabetic retinopathy during treatment has posi-tive significance for improving the clinical symptoms and relieving the changes of the disease, and the overall thera-peutic effect is ideal.更多还原
