【摘要】 目的 探讨甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果及其安全性。方法 选取2016年1月—2021年12月该院收治的64例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各32例，对照组单纯接受二甲双胍治疗，观察组在二甲双胍治疗的基础上配合甘精胰岛素治疗。对两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素水平进行检测，并统计两组患者低血糖的发生例数，对比临床治疗有效性。结果 观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素水平明显更低，且糖化血红蛋白水平明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组低血糖发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床采用二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的基础上配合甘精胰岛素治疗会显著提高临床治疗效果，良好改善患者血糖和胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白指标水平，且不会增加患者低血糖概率，用药安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of insulin glargine combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 64 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from January 2016to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin alone, and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine on the basis of metformin treatment.The levels of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin in the two groups were detected, and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the two groups was counted to compare the effectiveness of clinical treatment. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting insulin in the observation group were significantly lower, and the level of glycosylated hemoglobin was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of clinical use of metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes, combined with insulin glargine therapy can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, improve the level of blood glucose, insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin indexes of patients, and will not increase the probability of hypoglycemia in patients,the drug safety is high.更多还原
