【摘要】 以满足工业企业对自动化专业人才的需求为目标，以培养具有良好的工程意识和工程素养的新时代大学生为出发点，构建了基于企业项目管理模式的生产实习模式，编制了五段式的生产实习管理流程图。从生产实习大纲的制定、生产实习架构设计到生产实习的组织实施，全部按企业项目管理模式进行，使学生在生产实习过程中完成了一次企业项目的研发流程。该模式使学生在生产实习过程中熟悉了企业管理的流程和企业项目设计开发的步骤与规范，提高了学生的企业适应性，培养了学生的工程意识和工程素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of industrial enterprises for automation professionals, and to cultivate new era college students with good engineering awareness and engineering literacy, a production practice mode based on enterprise project management mode is constructed, and a five step flow chart of production practice based on this mode was constructed. From the formulation of the production practice outline, the design of the production practice framework to the organization and implementation of the production practice,all are carried out according to the enterprise project management mode, so that the students can complete the R & D process of an enterprise project during the production practice.
