【摘要】 目的:观察化瘀止血胶囊对大鼠胃出血、小鼠断尾出血的影响，为化瘀止血胶囊临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用SD大鼠皮下注射消炎痛复制胃出血模型，观察低、中、高剂量化瘀止血胶囊对胃出血的治疗作用;通过小鼠断尾出血模型，进一步评价化瘀止血胶囊的止血作用。结果:化瘀止血胶囊低、中、高剂量能显著减少胃出血大鼠模型出血点数及出血点总积分，对胃出血具有显著治疗作用;中、高剂量能显著缩短小鼠出血时间，具有明显的止血作用。结论:化瘀止血胶囊具有显著的化瘀止血的作用，可用于治疗出血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Huayu Zhixue Capsule on stomach hemorrhage in rats and tail bleeding in mice,and to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of Huayu Zhixue Capsule.Methods: The model of stomach bleeding was replicated by subcutaneous injection of Indomethacin in SD rats to observe the therapeutic effect of low,medium and high dose Huayu Zhixue Capsule on gastric bleeding. The hemostatic effect of Huayu Zhixue Capsule was further evaluated through the model of tail-breaking hemorrhage in mice. Results: The low,medium and high doses of Huayu Zhixue Capsule could significantly reduce the total points of bleeding points and the total points of bleeding points in the rat model of stomach bleeding,and had a significant therapeutic effect on gastric bleeding. Medium and high dose Huayu Zhixue Capsule can significantly shorten the bleeding time of mice and had obvious hemostatic effect. Conclusion: Huayu Zhixue Capsule has the remarkable effect of removing blood stasis and hemostasis,and can be widely used in the treatment of bleeding.更多还原
