【摘要】 目的:观察芩百清肺浓缩丸对感染后咳嗽(PIC)豚鼠炎症因子的影响。方法:40只豚鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组(阿斯美)和芩百组,每组10只。模拟革兰阴性菌感染法造模PIC豚鼠,各组灌胃给药10 d,辣椒素雾化吸入诱咳;监测咳嗽次数和咳嗽潜伏期,ELISA法测定各组豚鼠血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、P物质(SP)含量。结果:与模型组比较,阳性组和芩百组的咳嗽潜伏期延长、咳嗽次数减少;与阳性组比较,芩百组咳嗽潜伏期延长;差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与模型组比较,阳性组和芩百组血清和BALF中的IL-6、TNF-α和SP含量均减少;差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与阳性组比较,芩百组血清中IL-6、TNF-α含量以及BALF中TNF-α、SP含量均减少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:芩百清肺浓缩丸能够从炎症始动初期即发挥作用,多靶点减轻PIC状态下的炎症反应、减轻和延缓咳嗽。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influences of Qinbai Qingfei Concentrated Pill on inflammatory cytokines in guinea pigs with post-infectious cough（ PIC）. Methods: 40 guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal,model,positive control and Qinbai Qingfei Concentrated Pill groups,each group contained 10 guinea pigs. PIC models were established by simulating gram-negative bacteria infection. PIC Guinea pigs were induced to cough by aerosol inhalation of capsaicin after each group was given the corresponding medicine for 10 days,then,the number of coughs and the time of the first cough were recorded,the contents of IL-6,TNF-αand SP in serum and BALF were determined by ELISA. Results: Compared with the model group,the cough latency of the positive group and Qinbai group was prolonged and the number of cough was reduced; compared with the positive group,the cough latency of Qinbai group was prolonged; the difference was statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. Compared with the model group,IL-6 and TNF-α and SP contentin in serum and BALF of positive group and Qinbai group were decreased; compared with the positive group,the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αcontent and TNF-α,SP content in BALF in Qinbai group were decreased; the difference was statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion: Since the initial onset of inflammation,Qinbai Qingfei Concentrated Pill can play an important role of reducing the inflammatory reaction and the frequency of cough and delaying the onset of cough in the PIC state by multiple targets.更多还原
