【摘要】 “食品安全保证与控制”是食品质量与安全专业本科生的专业核心课程。为达成知识、能力、德育三个维度的教育教学目标，基于OBE(Outcomes-basededucation)学习产出的教育模式，融入课程思政，以品德素质和岗位能力培养为导向，挖掘课程内涵，优化教学内容，改进教学方法和考核方式，进行教育教学设计和实践，并取得了良好的教学效果和学生满意度，为培养符合新时代要求的高素质食品质量与安全管理人才提供借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food Safety Assurance and Control is a core course for the major of food quality and safety. In order to achieve the education goals including knowledge, ability and moral education, the OBE(Outcomes-based education)concept was integrated into the course construction based on the cultivation of moral quality and post ability for students. A new course system of Food Safety Assurance and Control was explored via optimizing the teaching content, teaching methods, and assessment methods,which will provide reference for training high-quality talents of food quality and safety management.更多还原
