竞技运动双核结构的理论构建与研究展望

【摘要】 运动训练和竞技参赛是竞技运动主体实践的两大核心内容,基于二者系统结构与要素关联而构建的竞技运动双核结构,旨在全面解析运动训练和竞技参赛的基本构造,直观呈现二者结构要素的有机关联,充分发挥二者系统功能的协同效应。竞技运动双核结构由赛前训练与赛后训练进行过程耦合,通过竞技能力要素从起始状态向目标状态转移,以及为控制这一转移过程所实施的一系列负荷刺激与干预措施实现要素融合。未来竞技运动双核结构理论的研究趋势在于扎根现有理论范畴,进一步沿着纵深与分化方向发展,通过多学科融合与跨学科合作,着力解决训练与参赛实践中的关键问题。

【Abstract】 Training and competition are the two core elements of the main practice in competitive sports,based on the system structure and elements correlation of sports training and competition,the dual-core structure of competitive sports was built,which can comprehensively analyze the basic structure of sports training and competition,visually present the organic relationship between the two structural elements,and give full play to the synergistic effect of the two system functions. The dual-core structure of competitive sports realizes process coupling through pre-match training and post-match training,through the transfer of athletic ability from the starting state to the target state,and a series of load stimulation and intervention to control this transfer process to achieve element integration. The research trend of the dual-core structure theory in the future is rooted in the existing theory and further developed in the direction of depth and differentiation,and it will be focused on solving the key issue in training and competition practice through multidisciplinary integration and interdisciplinary cooperation.
