【Abstract】 China’s economy has entered a new era of high-quality development from highspeed growth,and the role of scientific and technological innovation in economic development is prominent. Technology transfer network is an important platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the improvement of its cooperation level has a positive impact on the whole innovation process. Based on the analysis of the regulatory effect of science and technology financial policy on technology transfer network,this paper uses qualitative research and econometrics to explore the mechanism and lagging impact of science and technology financial policy on technology transfer network cooperation,and make recommendations for the use of policy in the future.更多还原
