【摘要】 为了解《中国儿童保健杂志》高被引论文的特征、挖掘优质稿源，利用中国知网引文数据库检索2015—2019年刊发的论文，对引用频次≥11次的论文的被引频次、作者、机构、研究主题、基金及栏目进行分析。结果表明466篇高被引论文的被引频次占总被引频次的58.05%(8 951/15 419)。高被引论文数量及总被引频次排名前10位的基本是北京、上海及沿海城市发育行为儿科和儿童营养与生长发育领域的专家；研究主题主要分布在儿童心理行为、营养与生长发育，被引频次贡献率为65.8%(5 893/8 951)；高被引论文中267篇(57.30%)有基金资助；所属栏目以临床研究(134篇)、经验交流(111篇)和科研论著(100篇)为主，无个案报道栏目；专家笔谈栏目篇均被引次数最高(29次/篇)，其次为荟萃分析栏目(27次/篇)。分析结果提示期刊编辑应加强优势学科组稿，适当组织高质量综述和Meta分析，客观看待基金论文并着重关注论文实际学术质量，合理设置栏目，缩短出版时滞，从而提升刊物的学术影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the characteristics of highly cited papers in the Chinese Journal of Child Health Care and identify high-quality manuscripts,the papers published from 2015 to 2019 were searched using CNKI citation database,then the citation frequency,authors,institutions,research topics,funds and columns of papers with citation frequency≥11 were analyzed. Finally 466 highly cited papers were identified,contributing 58.05% of the total citation frequency(8 951/15 419). The authors who ranked top ten in both number of highly cited papers and total citation frequency were experts majoring in developmental behavioral pediatrics or nutrition and growth development in Beijing,Shanghai or coastal areas. The research topics of the highly cited papers were mainly distributed in children’s psychological behavior,nutrition and growth development,contributing 65.8%(5 893/8 951) of the total citation frequency. Among the highly cited papers,267(57.30%) had fund support. The columns of the highly cited papers mainly focused on clinical research(134 articles),experience exchange(111 articles) and original research papers(100 articles),but not included any case report. Professional forum had highest average cited frequency(29 times/article),followed by Meta-analysis(27 times/article). Therefore,editors are suggested organizing manuscripts in advantageous disciplines,proactively organizing high-quality reviews and Meta-analysis from high-quality authors,objectively judging papers with funds and focusing on the actual academic quality of the papers,reasonably setting up columns and shortening the publication time lag,so as to enhance the academic influence of the journal.更多还原
