普通科技期刊“数字化”发展对策探析

【摘要】 新媒体时代,科技期刊如何加快“数字化”转型和融媒体发展是影响期刊生存和发展的重要问题。普通科技期刊作为学术期刊的重要组成部分,受办刊经费、载文量、管理方式、人才素质等诸多因素的限制,在期刊“数字化”发展方面步履缓慢,收效甚微。分析了该类期刊“数字化”发展现状及存在的问题,探讨了应如何找准“抓手”,赶乘“数字化”快车的可行路径,以期为同类科技期刊“数字化”发展提供参考。

【Abstract】 In the new media era,how to speed up the “digital” transformation of sci-tech periodicals and integrate media development is an important issue affecting the survival and development of periodicals. Small and medium-sized sci-tech periodicals,as an important part of academic journals,are limited by many factors,such as running funds,number of papers,management methods,talent quality,etc.,and slow in the development of digitalization of periodicals,with little effect. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the digitalization of small and medium-sized sci-tech periodicals,and probes into the feasible ways to find the “grasping hand” and catch the "digitalization" express train,so as to provide reference for the digitalization development of similar small and medium-sized sci-tech periodicals.
