数字化高速铁路工程质量管理框架研究
Study on Quality Management Framework of Digital High Speed Railway Projects
【摘要】 随着物联网、大数据、人工智能等数字化技术为高速铁路工程高质量发展提供新机遇,基于数字化的高速铁路工程成为研究热点。针对现有数字化高速铁路工程质量管理理论不完善的现状,回顾高速铁路工程质量理论的研究现状,调研高速铁路工程数字化技术的实际应用情况,总结数字化背景下工程质量管理要素的变化,提出“传统要素+知识要素+数据要素”的数字化工程质量管理要素,详细阐述数据要素和知识要素的含义,提出融合知识要素和数据要素的“理论域-方法域-实践域”三维数字化质量管理框架,并对其框架内涵进行详细说明。所提出的数字化高速铁路工程质量管理框架为推进“数字+知识驱动的数字孪生高铁工程质量管理”提供实现途径,为促进我国高铁工程数字化转型和高质量发展提供理论参考。
【Abstract】 In the context that digital technologies such as IoT, big data and AI provide new opportunities for high-quality development of HSR projects, digitalized HSR projects have become a research hotspot. Given the room of improvement in existing theories of quality management of digital HSR projects, the current studies on quality theory of HSR projects is reviewed, the application of digital technologies in HSR projects is investigated, the changes of quality management elements under the background of digital projects are summarized, and thus the digital project quality management elements including “traditional elements +knowledge elements + data elements” are proposed. The meanings of data elements and knowledge elements are elaborated, a three-dimensional digital quality management framework of “theoretical domain-method domain-practice domain” that integrates knowledge elements and data elements is proposed, and the framework is described in detail. This quality management framework of digital HSR projects provides a way to promote the “digital + knowledge-driven digital twin HSR project quality management”, and provides a theoretical reference for promoting the digital transformation and high-quality development of HSR projects in China.
