【摘要】 青少年足球竞赛体教融合发展是我国教育和体育事业发展的时代诉求。采用文献资料、比较分析和逻辑推理等方法，从战略诉求、内在诉求和现实诉求三个方面对我国青少年足球竞赛体系体教融合发展的时代诉求进行诠释。以青少年足球竞赛体系“顶层设计、竞赛治理和赛事系统”三要素为分析框架，通过中英两国的比较分析得出启示。并以此为理论依据，提出构筑新时代我国青少年足球竞赛体系体教融合发展的推进路径：(1)推进顶层设计与基层探索的良性互动，践行竞赛育人的核心价值；(2)支持社会力量积极参与赛事治理，形成政府宏观把控，多元协同的竞赛治理格局；(3)建立分层分级赛事系统，形成“校园-社会-职业”三方供给的赛事体系，为青少年提供多元化的赛事服务；(4)构建融合赛事系统，在中国青少年足球联赛的基础上，建立中国青少年精英足球赛事，搭建我国足球后备人才竞赛选拔机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integration of sports and education in the youth football competition system is the times demand for the development of education and sports in China. With the methods of literature, comparative analysis and logical reasoning, this paper explains the demands of the times for the integrated development of sports and education in China’s youth football competition system from three aspects: strategic demands, internal demands and practical demands. Taking the three elements of youth football competition system "top-level design, competition governance and competition system" as the analysis framework, the enlightenment is obtained through the comparative analysis of the youth football competition system between China and UK. Based on this theory, this paper puts forward the promotion path of sports and education integration development in the context of building Chinese youth football competition system in the new era:(1) promote the benign interaction between top-level design and grass-roots exploration, and practice the core value of competitive education;(2) support social forces to actively participate in the competition governance, and form a competition governance pattern of macro control and multi coordination by the government;(3) establish a hierarchical event system, form an event system provided by “campus society career” and provide diversified event services for teenagers;(4) build an integrated event system, establish Chinese youth elite football events on the basis of China Youth Football League, and build a competition and selection mechanism for China’s football reserve talents.更多还原
