中老铁路通道跨境货物列车开行方案研究

【摘要】 针对特定跨境铁路通道,设计符合通道运输市场需求的货物列车开行方案,对最大化利用通道运输能力,满足通道货运需求,提高通道运输收益具有重要意义。以中老双边贸易现状数据为基础,分析中老铁路通道货物运输需求特征,对中老铁路通道分别构建物理网络模型和产品网络模型。在此基础上以综合运输收益最大化为目标,考虑通道运输条件,构建了中老铁路通道跨境货物列车开行方案优化模型。采用保守情景下中老铁路货运需求预测数据进行计算,结果显示优化模型能够实现产品类别和服务路径的合理分配,并显著提高通道运输效益,验证了优化模型的有效性。最后在优化求解的基础上结合中老铁路开通初期运营现状对列车开行方案提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Aiming at a specific cross-border railway corridor, this paper designed a freight train operation scheme that meets the needs of the corridor transportation market. The scheme is of great significance to maximize the utilization of the corridor transportation capacity, meet the corridor freight demands, and increase the corridor transportation revenue. On the basis of the current data on bilateral trade between China and Laos, the paper analyzed the characteristics of freight transportation demands of the China-Laos Railway corridor and built the physical network model and product network model of the corridor respectively. Then, to maximize the comprehensive transportation income, it constructed the optimization model of the freight train operation scheme of the China-Laos cross-border railway corridor considering the corridor transportation conditions. The freight demand forecast data of the China-Laos Railway under the conservative situation were employed for calculation. The results show that the optimization model can realize the reasonable allocation of product categories and service routes, significantly improve the corridor transportation benefits, and verify the effectiveness of this model. Finally, considering the optimization solution and the operation of the China-Laos Railway, suggestions for train operation schemes were proposed.
