【摘要】 中老铁路是“一带一路”面向南亚、东南亚基础设施互联互通的重要项目,全线采用中国设备和标准,国外段与国内段铁路网直接相连,实现了铁路跨境互联互通。运输一体化平台建设与应用是保障中老铁路开通与运营的重要组成部分,结合老挝国情,以适应中老铁路磨万段运营特点为原则,充分借鉴中国铁路建设与运营经验,强化顶层设计,突出国际化引领、综合化管理特点,提出中老铁路运输一体化平台总体架构。通过将生产业务微服务化,采用一体化的设计研发体系,对国际铁路联运、一体化运输指挥与组织的主要生产业务进行关键技术的探索创新,建设铁路运输一体化平台,支撑磨万段运营生产,极大发挥了中老铁路运输能力,显著提升了客货运输组织效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 China-Laos Railway is an important project of the “Belt and Road Initiative” to provide infrastructure connectivity in South Asia and Southeast Asia. China’s equipment and standards are adopted for the China-Laos Railway and the overseas section is directly connected with the railway network in China, realizing connectivity of cross-border railway. The construction and application of integrated transportation platform of China-Laos Railway is an important part to ensure the opening and operation of the China-Laos Railway. Based on the national conditions of Laos and the operation characteristics of the Boten-Vientiane section of the China-Laos Railway, the overall architecture of the integrated transportation platform of China-Laos Railway was proposed by fully drawing on the railway construction and operation experience in China, strengthening the top-level design, and highlighting the characteristics of international leading and integrated management. The transport capacity of China-Laos Railway is greatly played to promote ASEAN trade through the micro-service of production business and the adoption of an integrated development system, exploration and innovation of key technologies of the main production businesses of international through traffic transport and integrated transport command and organization and an integrated transportation platform to support the operation and significantly improved the transport organization efficiency of railway passenger and freight transport.更多还原
