【摘要】 理工优势高校发展人文社会科学是其建设世界一流大学的重要组成部分。文章以清华大学等10所国内理工优势高校为研究对象，基于组态分析的视角，采用必要条件分析和模糊集定性比较分析法，纳入制度建设分析视角，从4个维度14个指标研究如何推进理工优势高校人文社会科学实现高质量发展。研究发现：1）科学研究是影响文科高质量发展的必要条件。当理工优势高校文科质量水平要进一步达到前25%时，在科学研究的基础上，还需要同时重视队伍建设和制度建设。2）科学研究和队伍建设是影响人文社会科学高质量发展的核心条件，研究得到两种核心等价组态，即“人才+创新”双向驱动型和综合协调型。3）理工优势高校可通过加强人文社会科学发展的顶层设计、举办文科建设工作会议、提高学术发表质量、引进和培养高端文科人才、优化课堂教学并开拓学生国际视野来促进文科高质量发展。研究结论可以为理工优势类高校实现人文社会科学高质量发展提供决策借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of liberal arts in universities of science and technology plays an important role in building themselves a world-class university. Based on the perspective of configuration analysis, the research takes 10 domestic universities of science and technology, including Tsinghua University, as object, adopts necessary condition analysis and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis, and integrates the perspective of system construction analysis. From 4 dimensions and 14 indicators, it studies how to promote the high-quality development of liberal arts in universities of science and technology. The findings are as follows: 1) Scientific research is a requisite for the high-quality development of liberal arts. If the quality of liberal arts in these universities is to further reaches the top 25%, much attention should be paid to the construction of team and system in addition to scientific research. 2) Scientific research and team construction are the core conditions affecting the high-quality development of liberal arts, which constitute two core equivalent configurations, namely the “talent + innovation” bi-directional driving type and comprehensive coordination type. 3) Universities of science and technology can promote the high-quality development of liberal arts by strengthening its top-level design, holding work conferences on liberal arts construction, improving the quality of academic publication, introducing and cultivating top liberal arts talents, optimizing teaching and broadening students’ international vision. The conclusion can serve as a decision-making reference for universities of science and technology to realize the high-quality development of liberal arts.更多还原
