高功率密度混合动力动车组牵引变流器研究

【摘要】 为提升混合动力动车组牵引变流器的功率密度,提出分时复用Buck型双向DC/DC变流器,在实现为动力电池充放电的同时,还能取代无源LC谐振滤波器实现有源功率解耦。分析有源功率解耦原理并提出基于检测直流母线电压实现功率解耦的控制策略,进行解耦电路参数设计和可行性分析;同时,在分析直流母线二次脉动电压和牵引网低次谐波对四象限变流器影响的基础上,提出基于d-q坐标轴的四象限变流器谐波抑制策略。通过混合动力动车组地面实验平台验证了有源功率解耦及谐波抑制控制策略的有效性。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the power density of the traction converters of hybrid EMUs, a time division multiplexing Buck type bidirectional DC/DC converter was proposed, which can be used not only for charging and discharging batteries, but also decoupling the active power by replacing the passive LC resonant filters. The principle of active power decoupling was analyzed and a control strategy based on detecting the DC-bus voltage to achieve power decoupling was proposed. Besides, the parameters for decoupling circuit were designed and the feasibility was conducted. To eliminate the influence of the DC-bus ripple voltage and the low-order harmonics of the traction network on the four-quadrant converter, a harmonic suppression control strategy based on the d-q coordinate axis was proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of active power decoupling and harmonic suppression control strategy was verified by the ground experimental platform for hybrid EMU.
