【摘要】 黄河流域在我国生态安全和社会经济发展中占有重要的地位，黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展是重大国家战略。以黄河流域河南省为例，分析了河南省生态环境和社会经济现状，阐述了生态保护与社会经济存在水资源形势严峻、产业结构不合理等问题，在以上分析的基础上，提出了黄河流域(河南段)的绿色发展、生态优先、系统治理、分类施策、协同共治等生态保护与发展模式及路径，为黄河流域(河南省)的生态保护与高质量发展提供参考与理论借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Yellow River Basin plays an important role in China’s ecological security and socio-economic development. Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is a major national strategy. Taking Henan Province in the Yellow River Basin as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of ecological environment and social economy in Henan Province, expounds the problems existing in ecological protection and social economy, such as severe situation of water resources and unreasonable industrial structure, and puts forward the green development, ecological priority, systematic governance, classified measures, and collaborative governance and other ecological protection and development models and paths, which provides reference and theoretical experience for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin(Henan Province).更多还原
