反应熔渗法制备C/C-ZrC复合材料的研究进展

【摘要】 ZrC是常用于C/C复合材料基体改性的超高温陶瓷材料之一,改性后的C/C-ZrC复合材料因其优异的力学性能和抗烧蚀性能成为当前的研究热点。本文从熔渗原理、工艺过程及影响因素等方面对C/C-ZrC复合材料的反应熔渗法制备做了综述;同时总结了C/C-ZrC复合材料的多组分基体改性研究进展;最后对反应熔渗工艺的改进方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 ZrC is one of the most commonly used ultra-high temperature ceramic matrix modification materials, and the modified C/C-ZrC composites have become a current research focus due to their excellent mechanical properties and ablation resistance. In this paper, the preparation of C/C-ZrC composites by reactive melt infiltration was reviewed from the aspects of infiltration principle and influencing factors of technological process. At the same time, the research progress of matrix modification of C/C-ZrC composites was summarized. Finally, the improvement direction of reactive infiltration process is prospected.
