垂直石墨烯对短切炭纤维纸性能的影响
Effect of vertical graphene on properties of cut carbon fiber paper
【摘要】 结合垂直石墨烯的优异特性与质子交换膜燃料电池用短切炭纤维纸的性能要求,为拓展垂直石墨烯的应用,本研究探索了垂直石墨烯对短切炭纤维纸性能的影响。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、拉曼光谱等表征手段和力学性能、透气性、导热性能和导电性能等检测手段对制备的短切炭纤维纸进行结构和性能表征。研究结果表明,垂直石墨烯增强了基体与纤维的界面结合,垂直石墨烯在增强短切炭纤维纸力学性能的同时,还能增强短切炭纤维纸的透气性,但是垂直石墨烯在树脂中存在团聚现象,在导热性能和导电性能的改善上与理论不符,还需进一步研究和改善。
【Abstract】 In order to expand the application of vertical graphene, this study explores the effects of vertical graphene on the properties of cut carbon fiber paper by combining the excellent properties of vertical graphene with the performance requirements of cut carbon fiber paper for proton exchange membrane fuel cells. The structure and properties of the carbon fiber paper were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and mechanical properties, air permeability, thermal and electrical conductivity. The results show that vertical graphene enhances the interface binding between matrix and fiber, and vertical graphene can enhance the air permeability of cut carbon fiber paper while enhancing the mechanical properties of cut carbon fiber paper. However, vertical graphene has agglomeration phenomenon in resin, and the improvement of thermal and electrical properties is inconsistent with the theory, which needs further research and improvement.
