【摘要】 芳香化酶抑制剂(Aromatase inhibitors, AIs)是一类乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物，主要用于激素受体阳性的乳腺癌患者。芳香化酶抑制剂相关骨关节疼痛(Aromatase inhibitor-induced arthralgia, AIA)为其常见副作用之一，严重影响患者的生活质量及治疗依从性。目前，AIA尚无明确治疗指南，近年来运动疗法作为非药物干预手段日益受到重视。但我国目前对AIA患者进行运动疗法的研究较少。本文总结了近年来国内外关于应用运动疗法改善AIA的研究现状，以期为乳腺癌AIA患者的运动指导护理提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aromatase inhibitors(AIs) are a class of endocrine therapy drugs for breast cancer, mainly used in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients, Aromatase inhibitor-induced arthralgia(AIA) is one of the common side effects of AIs, which seriously affects the quality of life and treatment compliance of breast cancer patients.Currently, there is no clear treatment guidelines for AIA,and non-drug interventions such as exercise therapy have received increasing attention in recent years.Currently, there are few studies on exercise therapy for AIA patients in China.This paper summarized the research status of applying exercise therapy to improve AIA in foreign countries in recent years, in order to provide theoretical basis for exercise guided nursing for AIA patients with breast cancer in China.更多还原
