【Abstract】 Under the new normal foreign trade environment of “increasing scale and slowing growth rate”,weak world economy and constant trade frictions, cross-border e-commerce in China begins to show new development characteristics and gradually grows into an important new economic growth point. However, the lack of talents, especially with the high qualities and practical e-commerce business, has been hampering the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry in China. This paper analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce talent demand under the new normal of foreign trade, and focuses on the existing problems and shortcomings of cross-border e-commerce talent training, and then puts forward the targeted talent training strategies for reference.更多还原
