【摘要】 根据教育部的“卓越法律人才”培养计划的要求，今后我国的法学教育应大力培养适应社会需求的职业技能型法律人才。为了达到这一目标的要求，应积极探索多种形式的法学实践教学方法。静态实践教学法能克服动态实践教学法在时间、场地和成本费用方面的限制，充分利用课堂现有条件为学生提供实践技能培训。静态实践教学法对教师主体和学生主体都提出了更高要求，为保证该教学活动顺利实施，教师和学生应相互配合、积极主动地全心投入到整个教学实践过程中。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the requirements of "excellent legal talents" training plan of the Ministry of Education, the legal education of our country should vigorously cultivate professional and skilled legal talents to meet the needs of the society. In order to achieve this goal, we should actively explore various forms of law practice teaching methods. Static practice teaching method can overcome the limitation of dynamic practice teaching method in time, place and cost, and make full use of the existing conditions of classroom to provide practical skills training for students. Static practice teaching method puts forward higher requirements for both teachers and students.
