【摘要】 目的 对血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的相关文献进行分析，研究其现状、热点及发展趋势。方法 在“中国知网(CNKI)”、“PubMed”、“超星发现系统”进行2009年1月-2021年1月的主题文献检索，并运用文献计量法和内容分析法对筛选结果进行定量分析。结果 共纳入有效文献154篇，发表于99种杂志上，国家自然科学基金项目3篇，省级基金项目4篇；文献作者机构所在地共涉及27个省，河南省排名第一，占17.5%;文献第一作者的发表机构以综合医院为主，占到83.1%;文献研究样本量范围为38～260人，其中样本量50～100人的占61.0%;实验对照中单独使用血栓通同其它药品对比的文献共53篇，占34.4%;研究结局指标排名前三的是有效率、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)、不良反应，分别有128、93、44篇研究文献；34篇文献引用了1996年发表于《中华神经科杂志》的《脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准》,通过神经功能缺失程度的评分，用于评价患者使用血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。结论 中医药在疾病诊疗中的价值研究将成为今后的热议的话题，近些年血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究比较广泛，但仍需多中心、大样本临床观察等高质量文献为其临床应用提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the related literature of Xueshuantong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and study its current situation, hot spots and development trend.Methods the subject literatures were searched in CNKI, PubMed and superstar discovery system from January 2009 to January 2021, and the results were analyzed by bibliometrics and content analysis.Results 154 effective literatures were included, published in 99 magazines, 3 National Natural Science Funds and 4 provincial fund projects; The author is located in 27 provinces, with Henan Province ranking first in 17.5%, hospital authors accounting for 83.1%;Sample size of literature studies ranged from 38 to 260 people, ranged from 50 to 100 people in 61.0%.In the control, there were 53 literatures of Xueshuantong alone compared with other drugs, accounting for 34.4%;The top three indicators of research outcome were efficiency, NIHSS score, ADR, with 128,93,44 research literatures respectively; The "stroke patients with clinical neurological deficit score standard" was cited by 34 references, through the neurological deficit score, to evaluate the effect of Xueshuantong. Conclusion The study of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases will become a hot topic.
