【Abstract】 The intelligentization of property services in China is accelerating in the context of digital economy, and three typical models have been formed, which are intelligent service provision model, intelligent resource integration model and intelligent service ecological model. Each of the three models has its own advantages and disadvantages. In order to promote the intelligent development of property service enterprises, the government and enterprises should accelerate the construction of digital standardization, build an industry interconnection environment, and provide tax preferential support for the intelligentizing of property services enterprises while optimizing the supply of factors of production such as technology, talents and capital.更多还原
