典型农区乡镇的农业碳排放测算及达峰研究:以湖南省东安县为例
Study on agricultural carbon emission and peak carbon emission in typical agriculture townships: taking Dongan county of Hunan Province as an example
【摘要】 采用全生命周期方法测算湖南省东安县各乡镇2012—2018年的农业碳排放量,探讨农业碳排放随农业发展而变化的规律,研究东安县各乡镇农业碳排放随时间变化发展的趋势,深入分析农业碳达峰的路径,为农业部门打好碳达峰碳中和硬仗提供决策参考依据,为绿色低碳农业发展提供借鉴。研究表明,样本案例农业碳排放存在长期稳定的均衡关系,其轨迹遵循倒U型关系,符合EKC模型。86.7%的乡镇农业碳排放的峰值将在2030年以前达到,剩余未达峰乡镇可以通过提高农业发展速度、实施绿色低碳发展战略、减少化肥施用量等路径使其碳排放达峰目标于2030年以前实现。基于研究结果,提出了相应的对策建议。
【Abstract】 By using the whole life-cycle method, the study calculates the rural carbon emissions in Dongan county of Hunan Province from 2012 to 2018 and analyzes the rule of agricultural carbon emissions changing with the development of agriculture. Then the development trend of agricultural carbon emissions that changes over time is studied, and the path of agricultural peak carbon emission is deeply analyzed to provide a reference for the agricultural sector. The results show that:(1) the carbon emissions trajectory in Dongan county is inverted U-shaped on the whole.(2) 86.7% of townships can reach peak carbon emissions before 2030, while the remaining townships can achieve their peak carbon emissions before 2030 by improving the speed of agricultural development and implementing green and low-carbon development strategies to reduce the amount of fertilizer application. Based on the research results, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
