超越离合器热仿真分析
Thermal simulation analysis of overrunning clutch
【摘要】 超越离合器长期处于高速运转的状态下,各部件的相对运动会产生大量的摩擦热,影响超越离合器的稳定性及可靠性。文中以斜撑超越离合器为研究对象,基于Ansys Workbench建立斜撑超越离合器的三维热-结构耦合仿真模型,考虑结合时间和施加载荷的影响,分析斜撑超越离合器结合时的摩擦热和稳态时的热分布。结果表明,结合过程中,斜撑块与内环接触处出现了较大的温度变化,会对斜撑块和内环的可靠性与稳定性产生影响。
【Abstract】 When the overrunning clutch runs at high speed for a long time, the relative movement of each part produces a lot of friction heat, which affects the stability and reliability of the overrunning clutch. In this paper, the inclined brace overrunning clutch is taken as the research object, and a 3 d thermal-structural coupling simulation model of the sprag overrunning clutch is established based on Ansys Workbench. Considering the influence of the combination time and the applied load, the friction heat and steady-state heat distribution are analyzed when the inclined brace overrunning clutch is combined. The results show that the temperature changes greatly at the contact point between the diagonal brace and the inner ring, which will affect the reliability and stability of the diagonal brace and the inner ring.
