镀TiC石墨纤维/Al基复合材料制备与性能研究综合实验设计

【摘要】 结合学科研究热点,设计了镀TiC石墨纤维/Al基复合材料制备与性能研究综合性实验。实验通过盐浴镀覆TiC对石墨纤维进行表面改性,在纤维表面形成均匀的TiC镀层,以改善石墨纤维与Al基体的界面结合状况,从而提高复合材料的各项性能。采用真空热压工艺制备石墨纤维/Al基复合材料,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、激光热物理性能仪、热膨胀仪、电子万能试验机等,对石墨纤维及其复合材料的显微组织结构、界面结合特性、热物理性能与抗弯强度进行检测和分析。实验能够加深学生对复合材料界面组织结构与性能之间关系的理解,并且有助于培养学生综合实践能力及科研创新意识。

【Abstract】 Based on the hot spot and frontier of the discipline and scientific research,the comprehensive experiment which was about preparation and performance of TiC-coated graphite fiber/Al matrix composite materials was carried out.The graphite fiber/Al matrix composites were fabricated by vacuum hot pressing. The homogenous TiC coating on the surface of graphite fibers prepared by molten salts method was proposed to improve the interfacial bonding and performance of graphite fiber/Al matrix composites. The microstructures,thermal properties and bending strength of the obtained graphite fibers and Al matrix composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,laser thermal physical testing instrument,thermal dilatometer and electronic universal testing machine. This designed experiment can help students understand the relationship between interface structure and properties of composite materials,and improve their comprehensive practice ability and innovation for scientific research.
