焊接大赛与金属焊接性课程实验深度融合的研究
Research of Depth Fusion between the Welding Contest with the Curriculum Experiment of Metal Weldability
【摘要】 以全国大学生焊接大赛为例,采用课程教学-大赛实验-探索分析-创新能力培养的教学方法,将全国大学生焊接大赛与金属焊接性专业实验进行深度融合。介绍了铜铝材料的焊接方法,并对焊接试件进行了性能测试与分析。教学结果表明,深度融合不仅将优秀教学资源高效整合,使教学更生动,而且可让学生深入理解金属焊接性相关知识点,增强学生学习专业知识的浓厚兴趣,提高学生的创新能力和科研探索能力。
【Abstract】 Taking “National University Student Welding Contest”as an example, which was deeply combined with metal weldability specialty experiment based on the teaching model of “Classroom teaching-Contest experiment-Explore analysis-Innovation Ability Training”. The teaching results indicates that deep integration results will not only efficiently integrate excellent teaching resources, and make them more vivid, but also can let students understand the metal weldability corresponding knowledge, which can enhance the students’ innovation and actively explore abilities.
