【摘要】 高校实验室危险源种类多，实验操作过程难易程度不一，而且实验人员结构复杂，流动性大，安全知识掌握程度不够，导致实验室安全风险较高，已成为全社会关注的热点和难点。针对高校实验室安全教育对象特点和教学内容复杂、安全准入制度难以落地的问题，在分析国内外高校实验室安全教育的特点和关键措施的基础上，以上海交通大学为例，立足于学校安全管理体系，进一步明确各职能部门、院系和实验室的安全教育责任，从课程体系、培训体系和宣传体系三方面构建学校实验室安全教育体系，并依托信息化手段探索学校、学院和实验室三级安全教育的运行机制，实施系统化、专业化和常态化安全教育，推动实验室准入制管理，有效提升学校实验室安全教育的管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratory safety risks in colleges and universities may arise from various reasons, including different types of laboratory hazards, complex experimental operations, and the lack of proper training of laboratory staff who are of high mobility, which has become a problem of concern for the whole society. Laboratory safety education in higher education institutions has to tackle various problems, e.g. targeting special kinds of trainees, handling complex training contents, and the difficulties in the enforcement of safety access rules. On the ground of an analysis of the advantages and key measures taken in laboratory safety education of colleges and universities at home and abroad, this article aims to construct a triad laboratory safety education system including curriculum design, training, and publicity. Taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example, the research is to try new ways of safety management by further dividing the safety education responsibilities between functional departments, faculties, and laboratories. Relying on information technology, the research explores the operation mechanism of safety education at the university, school, and laboratory levels in order to implement systematic, professional, and regular safety education, improve laboratory access management, and effectively improve the management of school laboratory safety education.更多还原
