【摘要】 实验教学是高等医学教育教学中的关键环节。为了进一步提高实验教学质量，构建更科学合理的实验室管理和运行机制，针对重庆医科大学现行实验教学管理和运行机制，从3个不同层面开展了系列调研活动：(1)对分管校领导、教务处领导及各学院院长进行访谈；(2)对实验室教师、教代会和工会代表开展座谈会；(3)通过网络查询，重点调研8所医学院校的实验教学机构设置和运行管理。调研结果充分显示出了现行实验教学管理运行机制的优缺点。在此基础上，结合高校的“双一流”建设和“十四五”发展规划要求，制定了改进和完善实验教学管理体制和运行机制的思路及方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental teaching is a key in higher medical education. In order to further improve the quality of experimental teaching and build scientific and reasonable laboratory management operating mechanism, in view of the current experimental teaching in authors’ school, this article conducts a series of research activities from three different levels. Firstly, the leaders of school are interviewed. Secondly, seminars are held for laboratory teachers. Finally, establishment and operation management of experimental teaching institutions in eight medical colleges are investigated through network. The research results show the advantages and disadvantages of the current experimental teaching management operation mechanism. Based on it, we formulate the ideas and methods to improve the experimental teaching management system and operation mechanism under the background of double first-class construction and outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for national social development.更多还原
