高校实验岗准入渐进式“导师制”培养研究

【摘要】 针对高校实验技术新教师入职教育体系的不健全,岗位准入缺乏全程指导等问题,探索高校实验技术教师全程“导师制”过程管理,以适应“双一流”建设、落实“立德树人”根本任务的人才队伍建设改革的时代要求。提出环境融入、专业学习、任务输出与职业规划的四阶段渐进式“导师制”培养模式,阐述了导师的遴选、考核与奖惩机制、规范化的导师工作流程,并结合学校现行的实验技术岗位准入体系,在机器人工程专业中实施了该“导师制”培养方案,迅速提升了新教师的岗位胜任力与创新力,效果显著,具有一定借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 In view of shortcomings of the entry education system of new experimental technical teachers in universities and the lack of whole process guidance for post access, the process management of “tutorial system” of new experimental technical teachers in universities is explored, so as to meet the requirements of the construction of “double first-class”, the fundamental task of “moral education” and the coordinated development of universities. A “tutorial system” training mode is proposed, including four stage progressive of environmental integration, professional learning, task output and career planning. It also explains selection, assessment, reward and punishment mechanism and standardized work flow of tutors. The “tutorial system” training program has been implemented in major of robot engineering, combined with current experimental technical post access system of Beijing University of Science and Technology. It has played a significant role in rapidly improving post competency and innovation and has reference effect for other universities.
