【摘要】 针对我国研究生培养过程中存在学科割裂明显、科研团队“孤岛化”的现象，提出以“立德树人、创新引领”为理念，通过协调人才培养过程中的学生、导师及科研团队等重要因素，以育人为根本，探索并实践了“学科交叉、团队协同”创新性研究型人才培育模式，实现学生创新潜质和协同能力的有效提升。以低维物理与器件科研团队为例，介绍课题团队近10年来在创新型研究生拔尖人才培养方面积累的经验、形成的培育模式和取得的成效，以期为我国研究生创新能力培养和提升提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the fact that the separation of disciplines and the isolation of research team in the postgraduate training process in China, our project team explores and practices an innovative research-oriented talent cultivation mode of “interdisciplinary and team collaboration”. The idea of this mode is “morality education and innovation leading” and it can enhance students’ innovation potential and collaboration ability through coordinating these important factors, such as students, tutors, project teams and so on. Taking the Low Dimensional Physics and Device Research Team as an example, this paper introduces the experience accumulated, the cultivation mode formed and the results achieved in the process of cultivating innovative postgraduate top-notch talents by the research team in the past 10 years.
