定量蛋白质组学研究虚拟仿真实验平台的建设与应用
Construction and Application of Virtual Simulation Experiment Platform for Quantitative Proteomics Research
【摘要】 为提高学生综合能力、拓展学生思维,建设了先进的学科前沿实验技术定量蛋白质组学研究虚拟仿真实验项目,以应用最为广泛的一项蛋白质组学研究技术—同位素标记相对和绝对定量(iTRAQ)技术为出发点,开发了定量蛋白质组学研究虚拟仿真实验软件教学平台。iTRAQ技术可同时比较8种不同样品中蛋白质的绝对量和相对量的变化和差异,几乎可对任何蛋白样品进行定性定量分析,是近年来应用最为广泛的高通量定量蛋白质组学研究技术,基于该技术建设了本科生及研究生实验教学项目。通过引入该实验项目开展线上实验教学并将其与线下相关实验虚实结合,建立了完整的本科生蛋白质相关实验项目内容体系,让学生接触和了解了一些先进的实验技术和应用领域,拓展了学生的科研思维,得到了学生的正向反馈,取得了较好的实验教学效果。
【Abstract】 In order to improve students’ comprehensive ability and expand students’ thinking, based on the most widely used proteomics research technology-isotope labeled relative and absolute quantification(iTRAQ) technology, avirtual simulation experiment platformis independently developed.The iTRAQtechnology can compare the changes and differences of absolute and relative quantities of proteins in 8 different samples at the same time, and can carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of almost any protein sample. It is the most widely used high-throughput quantitative proteomics research technology in recent years, and has been introduced into the experimental teaching content of undergraduate and graduate students in the platform. Through the introduction of the online experimental teaching of the experimental project, combined with the virtual reality of offline related experiments, a complete content system of undergraduate protein related experimental projects has been established, so that students can contact and understand some advanced experimental technologies and application fields, expand students’ scientific research thinking, get students’ positive feedback, and achieve good experimental teaching results.
