【摘要】 为促进我国高校实验室规范管理体系建设，提高高校实验室安全管理水平，对澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学中央分析研究中心管理体系进行了阐述与总结，并结合我国高校实际情况，提出了一些建议。该研究中心管理体系主要包括安全准入培训、安全防护与管理和安全应急管理三个环节。实验室使用人员通过严格的安全培训才可被授予进入实验室的权利。实验中必须做好安全防护，严格遵从安全防护和应急管理。结合中央分析研究中心成熟的安全管理经验，针对实验室人才队伍的建设和管理制度的完善这两方面，提出重视实验室群体，加强人才培养，完善各项规章制度，建立程序化、高科技、整合性管理模式等建议，为提升我国高校实验室安全管理水平提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the construction of standardized laboratory management system and improve the level of laboratory safety management in universities, this paper expounds and summarizes the management system of the Central Analytical Research Center in Queensland University of Technology in Australia, and puts forward some suggestions based on the actual situation of universities in China. The management system of the research center mainly includes three parts: safety access training, safety protection and management as well as safety emergency management. Laboratory users can only be granted the right to enter the laboratory after strict safety training. Safety protection must be done well in the experiment, and safety protection and emergency management must be strictly followed. Combined with the mature safety management experiences of the Central Analysis and Research Center, this paper suggests construction of laboratory personnel and improvement of the management system, such as, attaching importance to experimental group, strengthening personnel training, improving the rules and regulations, establishing a procedural, high-tech, integrated management model and so on.
