【摘要】 人工智能的革新和发展促进了法学各学科信息化转型，法学本科教育应以社会需求与未来发展为导向，引发法学知识结构的根本性改变，增强学生的社会适应性，注重学生综合素质和职业技能的培养和提升。通过“人工智能+法律”交叉学科实验创新平台建设，开发以学生为中心的分布式课程产品，构建学生能力动态测评体系，积极探索“法学+”学科专业一体化建设，实现法学实验教学成效的量化评估，从而进一步促进专创融合，推动学科交叉，深化产教协同，为地方高校服务区域经济发展和产业结构转型提供智力支持和人才输出。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform and development of AI(Artificial Intelligence)promoted the informatization transformation of all disciplines including law major, undergraduate legal education has to be aimed at the demands and future development of society to response to the subversive changes in the structure of legal knowledge andenhance students’ social adaptability, and to pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of students’ comprehensive quality and professional skills. Through the construction of experimental innovation platform of AI & Law, developing course products around the Student-Centered distributed teaching patterns, constructing the dynamic evaluation system of students’ ability, actively exploring the integrated construction of law major plus, is to realize the quantitative evaluation of the effect of law experiment teaching, further to promote the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education as well as interdisciplinarity, deepens the collaboration between industry and education, and finallyhelps local universitiesto provide intellectual supports and talents output for regional economic development and industrial structure transformation.更多还原
