交叉学科建设中气质联用技术实验课程的设计
Design of GC-MS Experiment Course in Interdisciplinary Construction
【摘要】 为了培养学生跨学科运用生物信息学分析手段和气相色谱质谱法检测技术来解决问题的能力,建立不同学科专业知识联系,加强学科之间交叉性,开设了气质联用技术实验教学课程。学生通过从综合性(GEO)数据库挖掘基因表达资源,了解生物信息学分析基本过程;学习利用气质联用仪对代谢物组成进行定性分析;验证代谢产物与差异表达基因富集信号通路结果;借助思维导图深入理解实验内容。该实验课程知识点多、综合性强,能提升学生实验操作能力、丰富实验技能、扩充知识领域、提高科研能力。
【Abstract】 To cultivate the students’ ability of solving problems by using bioinformatics analysis methods and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry sample detection results, we establish the professional knowledge connection of different disciplines, and reflect the interdisciplinary nature among disciplines. A experimental teaching course has been designed and opened. The students understand the basic process of bioinformatics analysis by mining the GEO database, learn to use GC-MS to analyze the composition of metabolites qualitatively, and verify the results of signal pathway enrichment of metabolites and differentially expressed genes. With the help of the mind map, the students can deeply understand the content of the experiment. The experimental course has many knowledge points and strong comprehensiveness, which can improve students’ ability of experiment operation, enrich practical skills, expand knowledge field and improve the ability of scientific research.
