高校体验式安全教育建设现状及发展对策

【摘要】 安全教育是保障校园安全和稳定的首要环节,也是安全文化建设的重要组成部分。由于校园安全教育普遍存在教学手段单一、实操环节缺乏以及体验性、实效性欠佳等问题,体验式安全教育采用在模拟或真实环境中亲身体验的教育模式,受到了全社会广泛关注。目前,国内涌现大量公共安全教育体验场馆,国内部分高校也建设了安全教育场馆进行探索。通过文献查阅、现场观摩等方式,调研了我国安全教育体验场馆的建设现状,对体验式安全教育建设中存在的问题进行剖析,提出了高校加强顶层设计、增加投入保障、开发技术资源、建设专业团队、加强校企合作等体验式安全教育的发展策略,为提升安全教育的实效性、建立安全教育的长效机制提供参考。

【Abstract】 Safety education is the primary measurement to ensure campus safety and stability, but also an important section of safety culture construction. Due to the common problems in campus safety education, such as single teaching means, lack of practical operation, poor experience and effectiveness, experiential safety education adopts the education model of personal experience in simulation or real environment, which has been widely concerned by the whole society. At present, a large number of public safety education experience pavilions have emerged in China, and some domestic universities have also carried out construction and exploration of safety education pavilions. In this paper, the construction situation of safety education experience pavilions in Chinaareinvestigated through literature review and on-site observation, and the problems existing in the application of experiential safety education are discussed, and put forward the development strategies of experiential safety education in colleges and universities, such as strengthening top-level design, increasing investment guarantee, developing technical resources, building professional teams, and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of safety education and establishing long-term mechanism of safety education.
