【摘要】 学院实验室是教学、科研的重要场所，也是知识创新和人才培养的主要基地。实验室开放是新时代教学改革及创新型人才培养的必然要求。现以资源与环境学院实验室开放工作为例，通过构建教研一体化实践育人平台，探索多层次开放模式、多样化管理方式、以理论为指导的管理措施、信息化管理手段等一系列改革与实践，推进实验室安全和有序开放，取得一定成效。实验室开放不仅提高了实验室资源利用率，更为学院人才培养、科技创新提供重要支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 College’s laboratory is not only a critical place for teaching and developing scientific research, but also the main base of the knowledge innovation and talents cultivation. Opening the laboratory is necessary to renovate teaching and cultivate innovative talents in the new era. This paper introduces the laboratory opening work of College of Resources and Environment of Huazhong Agricultural University, which achieves certain results through establishing practical education platform of combining teaching and research and exploring a series of renovation and practices. The platform includes multi-level open model, diversified management mode, management measures guided by theory and information management, it can promote the safe and orderly opening of laboratories. Opening laboratory thus improves the utilization of laboratory resources, and provides important support for talents cultivation and science and technology innovation.更多还原
