【摘要】 采用水热合成法制备了一系列KGdF4:Eu3+,Ln3+(Ln=Sm, Yb)的红光荧光粉,应用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及其能谱和荧光光谱对荧光粉进行了表征。结果表明,在KGF:0.20Eu3+中双掺进Yb3+后获得了负热猝灭效应,进而使KGF:0.20Eu3+, 0.002Yb3+具有很高的荧光热稳定性。该样品在130、170和210℃时的荧光积分强度分别为30℃下初始值的117.7%,115.5%和105.8%。对负热猝灭效应机理进行了探讨,指出部分热能被转换为光能,从而让样品的荧光具有负热猝灭效应,其所对应的是热能转换成光能的能量转换机理。

【Abstract】 Currently, searching for high luminescent thermal stability phosphors has become crucially significant for phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes. A series of KGdF4: Eu3+, Ln3+(Ln=Sm, Yb) red emitting phosphors have been prepared by the hydrothermal method. The phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and its energy spectrum, fluorescence spectrum. The experimental results show that a negative thermal quenching effect is occurred when Yb3+ is co-doped into the KGF: 0.20 Eu3+, it results in high luminescent thermal stability for KGF: 0.20 Eu3+, 0.002 Yb3+. The luminescent integral intensities at 130 ℃, 170 ℃ and 210 ℃ are 117.7%, 115.5% and 105.8% of the initial values at 30 ℃, respectively. Based on the experimental results and the contents reported in the literature, the mechanism of the negative thermal quenching effect was discussed, and it was pointed out that part of the thermal energy is converted into the optical energy so that luminescence of the sample has a negative thermal quenching effect, the corresponding energy conversion mechanism is the conversion of heat energy into light energy. The good thermal stability indicates that the sample has a broad application prospect in WLEDs.
