【摘要】 沈阳农学院（现沈阳农业大学）历经了三次创建。张克威负责了沈阳农学院的三次创建，并三次任院长，在三次创建中特别是第三次创建中作出了卓越贡献，体现出了伟大建党精神。在三次创建沈阳农学院过程中，张克威起草并提出《东北农业建设的意见》，参与校址规划和院系调整决定，统筹完成复旦大学农学院北迁沈阳，践行高等教育师资为第一要素。通过张克威典型事迹挖掘其在沈阳农学院创建中体现的坚持真理、坚守理想、践行初心、担当使命、不怕牺牲、英勇斗争、对党忠诚、不负人民的建党精神，以更好地在高等农业院校师生中弘扬爱党爱国、求真务实、百折不挠和艰苦奋斗精神，为全面推进乡村振兴服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shenyang Agricultural College(now Shenyang Agricultural University) was founded three times. Zhang Kewei was responsible for the founding of Shenyang Agricultural College three times and served also as the dean three times. He made outstanding contributions in the founding of Shenyang Agricultural College, especially the third times, which reflected the great Party Founding Spirit. During the three times founding of Shenyang Agricultural College, Zhang Kewei drafted and proposed "Opinions on Agricultural Construction in Northeast China", participated in school site planning and "Adjustment of Colleges and Departments" decisions, coordinated and completed the northward academic relocation of Fudan Agricultural College to Shenyang, and practiced the teachers as the first element.Party Founding Spirit, such as sticking to the truth, sticking to the ideal, practicing the original intention, taking on the mission, fearless to sacrifice, fighting bravely, loyalty to the party, living up to the people, have been embodied during the foundings of Shenyang Agricultural University, which can help the teachers and students in higher agricultural universities to promote patriotism, truth-seeking, perseverance and hard working and serve the overall promotion of rural revitalization.更多还原
